We are owners of our dear furbie Buddy. After looking at a few breeders, we were really impressed with the facility and home of Moonstone’s dogs and puppies. They run a very clean and efficient ship there and all the dogs are incredibly healthy and beautiful in nature. Sue and Dave were so welcoming and were always available to answer any questions, if I had any from all the information and advice they gave us which was amazing. I have and continue to recommend Moonstone Kennels to anyone I know. I get so so many comments about how ‘beautiful’ my dog is, he’s a red coloured golden and has such an amazing personality, amazing around kids, perfect addition to any family! Why would you want to go anywhere else!
We currently have 2 beautiful goldens from you. Willie and Rumour, Willie is almost 6 and Rumour will be 3 at Xmas. We will be looking for another golden next spring from you. We get nothing but compliment about how beautiful our pups are. We have had no medical issues with either one. They are healthy and happy dogs. I do remember when were getting them you were very good to let is visit anytime, we wanted to. I would recommend your kennel (and I have) to anyone looking for a golden I have attached a photo of our babies and if anyone need to talk to me further about our experience with you please have them call me.
We got our beautiful Lucy from Moonstone Kennel back in 2007 and she was the most wonderful dog I ever had and probably will ever have. She was sweet, friendly, loving and faithful. When I had surgery for cancer, she would never leave my side. She would know when I just needed her to put her head on my lap for comfort, she was always there. Sadly, we lost her in December of 2018 and not a day goes by when I don’t think of her. I still haven’t changed my screen saver on my phone and iPad. Her loving face greets me each day. Thank you for allowing us to have one of your wonderful puppies. She was my forever dog.
I recommend you and your team every time anyone fawns over my dog, River…. which is always. She’s now four and easily the most loving, comical and healthy dog we have ever had. The care you put into breeding is evident in the results. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

We just received our puppy Bella. David and Susan were excellent they took her their time to explain everything about taking care and feeding Bella when to get vaccines and tips about training her we give them a 10 out of 10 and recommend them to anyone thank you for the new addition to our family we love her.
Our two beautiful goldens Porter 14 and Jax 6 are from Moonstone. Our hearts belong to them – they are gorgeous strong healthy boys! Our vet says “hearts of an athlete”! Their love for water, hiking, retrieving and pleasing is instinctual. Love all 3 boys so very much!
We can’t say enough about our wonderful experiences with Sue and Dave at Moonstone. We are on our second Moonstone Golden Retriever and know of a handful of others who are also Moonstone smitten. Their dogs have been healthy, are absolutely gorgeous and have wonderful temperaments (smart, fun, loving and playful). Not only have the Eby’s proven to be qualified breeders with a plethora of knowledge, they’re kind, thoughtful and fully engaged throughout the entire process and long after the gotcha days. We have and would confidently recommend them to anyone.
We got our boy Max in 2009 and our Bailey girl in 2011 from Moonstone. Both dogs have been amazing and have been cherished members of our family. We always got compliments on how they looked and behaved. Sue was very helpful from the beginning and was always open to questions and updates over the years. Highly recommend.
Dave and Susan top notch! The kennel is immaculate, the dogs are well cared for and puppies are just the sweetest little fur balls around! We love our Lucky Clover to the moon and back.
